A lawyer trained in law and agronomy
A lawyer practising in France and admitted to the Nantes Bar, Walid Chamkhi devotes his practice to plant professionals. He holds a Master 2 in contract techniques and advanced law of obligations, the French bar qualification certificate (CAPA) and a higher technical diploma in agronomy (BTSA), and has trained farmers and landscapers in growing techniques, crop health diagnosis and the law governing plant protection treatments. He understands the plant and its environment before arguing the case.
